Jeju Air Invests in Air Black Box Pacific

SINGAPORE, 28 September, 2017 — Air Black Box Asia Pacific Pte Ltd welcomes Jeju Air Co Ltd of Korea as its newest investor. Jeju Air, which gains a seat on the company’s Board of directors, joins Scoot Tigerair Pte Ltd, ANA Holdings Inc, Nok Air Public Company Ltd, Cebu Air Inc., and VaultPAD Ventures Ltd as company investors. The Board will now comprise 10 members and an independent Chairperson.

The investment further solidifies Air Black Box’s commitment to this region. Air Black Box powers the Value Alliance group of airlines and this investment will assist in solidifying the alliance’s position as the major low-cost carrier network in the Asia Pacific region.
